Working with a lot a buyers in the Anoka, Sherburne, and Isanti counties in Minnesota I get calls on houses that are priced really low. The buyers think they have found the steal of the century. I ask questions about their financing and find out they are using an FHA or DVA loan. With these loan types the house needs to be in fairly good shape. These are typically foreclosure homes but could be homes that were not well maintained. Today's video will show you a house that does not work for this sort of financing because of the condition.
