Working with a lot a buyers in the Anoka, Sherburne, and Isanti counties in Minnesota I get calls on houses that are priced really low. The buyers think they have found the steal of the century. I ask questions about their financing and find out they are using an FHA or DVA loan. With these loan types the house needs to be in fairly good shape.
