This is soo cool.  I love Craigslist, but hate the way you have to post on there - It takes a long time and doesn't look as good as these templates do!

I haven't tried it yet but I did go to their site and found it to be a pain in the butt!

Great tool or not, I keep hearing this message "Realtors have more money than anybody else on earth".  Do we seem so rich (or desparate) that everyone under the sun has to figure out how to part us from more and more of our very hard earned dollars.  Sheesh - guess I'm being a ba-hum-bug tonight (had a contract fail :-(
