Hi Anita, how is the rental market there? would a buyer be able to rent the property and get a positive cash flow?

Joshua...the rental market is good.  With Robins Air Force Base in town there is always an influx of new people.  A wise investor could get a good deal...interested in buying an investment home here?

Thanks Rebecca.  It's slowed quite a bit from last year, hopefully that's a sign of more positive things to come.
