Here's a story that makes me wonder why.  A state senator in Nebraska is suing God.  He says (according to the article) that he's tyring to prove a point about frivolous lawsuits.  So what does this state-paid legislator do?  He burdens the courts with his own frivolous lawsuit which, in and of itself, is costing tax payers money.  Isn't that lovely.  Here's the full story: http://www.ketv.com/news/14133442/detail.html  With creative legislators like this, who needs a functional judicial system?

Jason,  This story about this lawsuit is ridiculous!  Like you said regardless of him making a point, this is ultimately costing all tax payers money.

I enjoy reading your blogs. Keep up the good work!  Have a wonderful weekend.

Business advice and useful information. Not always "on point" with mortgage lending or real estate...but that's BIG business, and knowing how to operate effectively is critical to success.
