Brampton, Ontario, Canada Is A Winter Wonderland

Another snowfall hit The City of Brampton, Ontario, Canada but the city does it's best to keep our streets clear and safe.  They do a pretty good job of it too.

Winter storm in Brampton

The City of Brampton, Ontario, Canada asks its residence for their co-operation during the snowy winter months.

Here are a few reminders:

- Don't stack your garbage on top of snow banks.  It is hard enough for the garbage men to make their rounds during the winter months without mountain climbing as well
- Do not park on the roadways until your streets have been plowed out and sanded
- Also remember to clear the snow from out and around the fire hydrants. Help keep the hydrants visible to aid quick response times to emergencies.

If everyone does a part to help the City of Brampton Works Department, we all will escape winter trouble free!

It is just so amazing to see all this snow.  We are out of our rain doldrums and into the 80s this week.

Hi Al & Peggy, well, glad you got your share, LOL. I think I have some of your snow, it was delivered here by mistake.

Good information for people in Brampton, ON for when it snows.

Al and Peggy we could use your snow removal crews around here.  Some of our streets remain in bad shape.

Hey Al and Peggy - I agree completely with Chris' comment.  You seem to have brought all the snow with you on the way back home.

The roads were in much better condition late afternoon / early evening.

Yes Cousin Ken we woke up with white stuff in our driveway, but at least we didn't get near the amount they were calling for!

You stay safe and warm too Dale and we hope you got yourself shovelled out!

Glad to hear your temps are warming up Jane, we saw they had dropped from the normal.

We know, we know Chris, but it snuck in the car on the way through those Virginia mountains!

Ahh, we will Anita. Never thought of putting our garbage up on snowbanks for collection. Those waste management people have enough to deal with.

No, No, No, Andrea....it belongs with YOU!!! LOL!

It does make it difficult to get around George when the roads aren't cleared. We'll see if we can get a crew or two down your way if you promise to keep the snow for the rest of this year LOL!

I bet they would Michelle, until they figured out it is a little harder to play soccer in!

Thanks Wanda, really we don't mind it!

They were in better condition Marc in the afternoon, right after we finished our appointments LOL!

Al and Paggy,

It's always nice to see one of our friends here on AR post some nice photos of Florida or southern California etc at this time of year.
