I confess, I love Santa Fe, New Mexico. This image of a classic Native American ladder reaching to touch the clouds in the sky is just of of the many ways this 400 year old community inspires me to dream, make a difference and look up at the clouds when I'm searching for answers. I relocated here from Capitol Hill in Washington, D.C. nearly two decades ago. There, the landmark of the Washington Monument reached through the horizon line in a more vertical way. Santa Fe is truly a horizontal community. Elevators are not common as our buildings do not interfere or attempt to over power the landscape. It is as if all our earliest inhabitants wanted to make certain we could see the clouds, protect the land and always... dream.
Love it! If I were thinking of relocating to Santa Fe, you'd get my call!!

Debbe - I did not think about relocating here until my Mom relocated to New Mexico. Then, I kept visiting and then relocating was easy. My advice, let me know when you want to visit. I will sent you are list of hotel discounts.
Maria - Thank you. I believe this is something in each of our communities which draws us into this profession to help others find homes in the community we love.
