We recently staged a Washington, DC row house for an investor. Although he wanted to rent furniture he didn't want to rent an entire house full but still wanted each room to show well. So I suggested my scene staging for the other bedrooms. We staged one of the rooms for a teen as the home is located in a family neighborhood. So here is how we staged it and the investor loved it and wants me to do his next investment property next month!
