This is interesting to me because we do not do any property management at my office. I'm also wondering what prompted this post.
Melissa * just like sales agents want to stress the differences between their services and resources in a listing property presentation, property managers also want to stress their differences from OTHERS....if a client or would-be client has expectations of my services, they need to ask those questions in the management interview and not assume that I will perform as another property manager in the area does.

400 hand written bills sounds so anitquated Wallace. Offering an automated service, experience, and the fact that you blog sets you apart from the herd.
Scott * they were TYPING bills because their vendors were providing tiny, hand written invoices that the pm staff was REtyping....putting the information into a good property management system ELIMINATES the need for this ENTIRE process...
