Ridley Creek after a long stretch of cold and below freezing weather this winter.
Doug and Gloria - That doesn't look like a warm scene; but it's still is pleasing to the eye. I have been trying to work up motivation to do some work in my yard; but the gray skies and chill, are more than I want to battle. We are supposed to warm this coming week. I suspect I'll wait.
Doug and Gloria, Great photo, I love the black and white photography! Very nice!
that does look cold! Great photo, love that the creek is only partially covered in ice
That is a cold scene. Up here we probably couldn't get that photo because of all the snow blocking access and the stream is pretty well frozen over.
Myrl, I can undertstand not wanting to be outside. I see hardly anyone out and about other than in their cars.
Tony, Actually, that is the black and white of a gray day.
Michael, Thanks. I just had to snap a shot.
Ed, Yes you have too much snow right now!
Stay warm everyone!
Gloria
Hi Doug and Gloria - That photo really flows, even if the river doesn't! Nicely done.
Ellie, Very cold! No not good for skating, not yet!
Chris, Thank you!
Gloria

Thank You
Hello Doug and Gloria...I live not far from you and have spent hundreds of hours hiking in Evansburg State Park. Winter is the best time to hike. No bugs, no poison ivy, no crowds....just beautiful, serene, quiet. Thanks for sharing the photo.
