5 Comments on One Of The Largest Homes In The United States Being Built South Of Ozark MO!
Hmm... looks like quite the compound to me. A quick google search reveals that the owner has business ties to the defense industry and the reason that the construction is kept under wraps is because of a possible patent(?) issue...
One thing that jumped out at me is that the county says they have very little information on the construction. Is their no building code in Highlandville? You can't even build a porch on your house in Atlanta, GA without a permit and all kinds of inspections...
Iran, you are correct about the ties to the defense industry although they aren't divulging much information about that either. There are codes, they also said that only one family could occupy it at one time!
That is one heck of a house. Hopefully it's a big family that lives there.
Betty, actually Brad and Angelina have bought 100 acres....just near Woods Fork. Is that where this home is being built? I know they bought the land, and were building the house....they visited it over Christmas. If this is anywhere near Woods Fork, then my money is on it being Brad and Angelina's new home.
Holy cow!! Did you ever figure out who is building it? Ted Turner?
We had a similar situation with a 40,000 square home in Brentwood, TN. It turns out that Cal Turner, Jr of Dollar General was the owner.
