The Jets beat the Pats today, and the Steelers beat the Ravens yesterday ...
... so now they matchup for the AFC Championship next week !!!!
And it just so happens that my wife is a HUGE JETS Fan, and I am a HUGE STEELERS fan !!!!!!
So the air is gonna be icy in my house all week as the Trash Talkin' will be flyin' !!!!!!!

I'll be routing for my husband's Steelers too! I was hoping we'd see a Falcons/Steelers Superbowl, but had to give that up after last night. I do love Matt Ryan though!
My kids got a TON of Steeler stuff for Christmas from their PA grandparents. Hard to find in GA!

Oh my...well if we are weighing in on the game with no emotions, I'm predicting Steelers and GB in the Super Bowl. Guess that means the Jets are out next week :-)

I don't even know who the teams are. My husband plays this game with me in which he'll give me the name of a team, and I have to guess which city they are from. I'm always wrong. But I'm always in the right place at the right time. Like during yesterday's game, whoever they were, this guy is walking around the field, maybe he's a quarterback, sees the ball on the ground, just sitting there, and so he grabs it and runs for a touchdown and makes it. I don't think most of those guys knew what happened. Football is such a strange sport.

I have always liked the Steelers as a solid second choice, but this time I have to root for our home town boy. Mark Sanchez is from Mission Viejo and my son knew him in high school...so gotta go for the Jets.
