Been busy

The last few days were kind of busy, showing condos and working with some buyers who just could not make up their collective minds.

I understand the uncertainty with buyer right now. In my market in central Ontario Canada, life is pretty good; housing prices are fairly stable, unemployment is low, interest rates may be rising and the Feds might be putting some stumbling blocks on condo buying. I beleive it will be another good year for us here.

Overall, it is a pretty good January but would be better if the snow would go away!

I start my formal training for the 100km ( 60 mile) walk raising funds for The Royal LePage Shelter Foundation which donates 100% of all money raised to local women's shelters across Canada in February and I am already doing two workouts a day at my gym trying to get a leg up on the training.

Working with first time home buyers us always a challenge I enjoy... sort of virgin territory... but so interesting assisting people with their dreams and trying to keep them below the proverbial Cloud Nine!

Have a great week folks!

You never know what is around you if you don't look!

WOW, 100 K is a ways, but I used to do 20 a day in boots and through the woods carrying heavy gear.

You'll do fine.
