Writing Ads for Listings - Not Much Fun

Services for Real Estate Pros with API Network

Word Marketing BookMy family has been involved in real estate for 40+ years, that by default gives me some shred of credibility, at least as it pertains to the internet and computers as that's where I've spent most of my career.    A few years back a family member wrote a reference guide called Word Marketing - How To Empower Your Real Estate Advertising Through the Proper Choice of Words which has been sold mostly to Realtor Associations for training purposes.

While this work is useful, we think it's time to do something online with this and so I'm making this offer to anyone who cares about the topic of ad writing...

I'm looking for feedback on how we can make this material more available, and some type of online system seems like the way to go.  You would click some fields, and a sample ad would appear for your property.  (from there you would copy/paste it into wherever you wanted to go with it)

I don't expect you to fully what I'm trying to accomplish with this one post, so if you're interested, contact me and I'll send you a copy -- no charge, no strings attached.  Well ok, a tiny string... I want your feedback on how we could make this something bigger better than what it is but doing it via a website.

Here's the current website.   If you want a copy, write me and I'll drop one in the mail to you.    (Only requirement is that you really do want to improve your ability to write ad copy for your listings)

PS. I've now got about 10 copies on hand, so first-come, first serve!

** Update Tuesday at 720AM **

A friend recommended a site to me called Fundable.org.   It's a very clever approach that I'm going to try with the idea I've described above.   Take a look if an online version of this book might be of interest to you.

Well, E. Kasey--it's an intriguing offer--is there a fee for the book?  Are you wanting feedback so you can sell it online?  Have you tried e-bay?  I think every agent, new and experienced would want to improve their ad copy.  So, do I qualify for a copy?  Thanks for the offer!
