2010 was an interesting year. I thought about the diversity of properties sold from a 1914 home in Tampa Heights to a 2007 high rise condo in Channelside. From the very ugly to beautifully renovated. Closed in North Tampa, Forest Hills, Riverside Heights, Channelside, St. Joseph Hospital area, and Seminole Heights. So far 2011 is shaping up to be just as diverse.
