$50 Million Project could bring 900 homes to Dickinson/Santa Fe Area

Another 900 rooftops are to be added to Dickinson and Santa Fe. The area will be approximately 362 acres of homes ranging in price from $200,000 to $600,000 and should be ready for builders this time next year. Complete build-out will be from 2018 to 2020. The community will reside in the Santa Fe school district, but the actual development will be split between Santa Fe and Dickinson. For more information see link below:
