Just signed up with IDXBRoker last week, and am very impressed with all the have to offer, and their customer service and tech support.
But the most exciting thing for me is the iPhone / iPad app that comes with the service at no extra charge.
For the longest time I have had app envy. Alwys wanted my own, but never wanted to pay the hefty price tag
Maybe am I a techy - ok I AM A TECHY - but this app has me so excited - just the possibilities.
The MyAgentIDX app is actually pretty cool. It GPS's your location and shows you allt he houses/co-ops/condos for sale around you.
You can filter this down by price, number of bedrooms, bathrooms etc. You can also move the map to look in other areas.
So when a potential buyer Five Towns homebuyer has my app and they are driving around a neighborhood it will show them all the homes for sale. They can get information by clicking on a house, or e-mail/cal me from the top of the app for more infomation.
Showed this to one of my homeowners yesterday, and they were also impressed by the possibilties.
I am including links to this app all over my site, on the right side of my blog, and it will also be on all future print materials.
So now I can finally say - There's an app for that! and it's mine....
