Working from home isn't for everyone.  It takes tremendous self-discipline for some people.  You have to be a "self-starter".  You need to budget your time and money carefully.  It helps if your background includes experience being self-employed. 

You’re right it isn't for everyone, and yes you do have to be a self-starter as well as learn how to manage your time as far as money our Agents have less over head than a broker but yet they can make up to 100% commissions as well as passive income. And that’s why our agents have the highest pay-out in the industry because our agent’s don’t need to rely on Brokers to close the loans for them. So whether you do it at an office or at home the end result is the same. That's why all this agents are living the field and it’s not because of the market it’s because they never developed the discipline and skills to self generate they were just order takers or as I like to call them “Paper-Pushers”. The truth is that the difference between a successful agent and others is not a lack of strength or a lack of knowledge, but rather a lack of will.
