If you could change one thing what would it be?

Entreprenuer

I tend to ask a lot of questions… I have been this way for as long as I can remember. Many people often say that there is no such thing as a stupid question.

So, I was driving back from an appointment with one of my listings and I thought to myself “what if I had a way to learn from everyone else’s mistakes”. I have lived by this technique for many other parts of my life… however, we do not have a huge office and there are not many agents in the office. Thus, I come to you for help!

Looking back at your career, if you could go back now and change one thing or not do one thing, what would it be?

This is an open ended question and your remark can cover anything in your career (one of those “If I knew then, what I know now” things!”)

Thanks for your input, I really do appreciate it!

Nick,

In 2001 I was going to go into the Real Estate business. I was in a great place to make a career change and was set to go to school for my license. But I didn't go. I was too afraid to take that leap and I stayed close to my other career path. I am confident that my life is turning out as planned for me, but if I could change something, that would have been it. Thanks for asking.

Nick:

I would have gotten into real estate sooner in life.  It is such a fun profession and had I gotten into it ten years ago instead of a year and a half ago, I think I would have had a much happier life.
