Heritage Trace Subdivision

If you are looking to get into one of Atlanta's best school districts, have good access to most of Atlanta and need a reasonably priced home, you should look at Heritage Trace Subdivision.

Heritage Trace Subdivision is in the southeast corner of Cobb County. That location is close to Highway 400, 285 and many other primary roads. It's just North of Sandy Springs and Dunwoody.

Cobb County Schools are excellent and ranked very high nationally.

Homes in this large subdivision have appreciated significantly in the past 10 years. Currently homes sell for $250,000 plus.

There is also a pool, tennis courts and clubhouse.
