We get to vote, everyone! And our votes will decide the route to be taken by a steam-powered excursion train this summer. One of the routes will come through Cape Girardeau, so I'm urging everyone to vote today. We are slightly ahead in the vote tally right now, so don't delay. Union Pacific's Great Excursion Adventure has four routes in the running.

Each of the routes will travel through two states, with the routes pictured in the graphics above.

If you are looking for a foreclosure in Cape Girardeau, Perry, N. Scott, or Bollinger counties, I am the region's most experienced REO agent. As the area's ONLY Fannie Mae direct listing agent, I list more foreclosure properties than any other agent in this MLS. I am among the few local agents approved to both list and sell HUD properties. Give me a call if you are looking for help with the purchase of a foreclosure property.

If you want up-to-the-minute real estate information, the only way to get it is to have an agent set you up on auto-notify with immediate delivery. Your listing information will come directly from MLS only when it comes from an MLS member. You willl not have to wait for the information to roll to those other websites, and you will not have to check multiple sources. It's free, so why not give me a chance to help you in your search?
NO OTHER SOURCE is as complete or as fast as your local REALTOR®’s source. This is not just an advertisement for REALTORS®--it is information about how the system really works.

Okay, Liz, You (Little Rock Express) got my vote!
Wende~ Thanks! I'll let you know who wins. So far, the Little Rock Express is in the lead. A number of us have been hyping it on Facebook, including the local Chamber of Commerce. Today is the last day to vote.
Congrats Liz! I went to vote and saw the Little Rock Express is the winner! If I can make a suggestion, when you set up links, set them to open up in a new window. That way, your post stays up, instead of closing out to go to the link. Feel free to call me if you have questions about that.
Thanks, Jan! I will take that suggestion to heart, and thanks for trying to vote. Yes, the local route did win the competition. Part of the segment between St. Louis and Cape Girardeau follows the Mississippi River, so it really is scenic. The Kansas City to Jefferson City segments have some views of the Missouri River, as well.
