Scituate, MA Sold Condos Stats for 4Q2010

The Scituate, MA Condo market continues for keep pace with the single family homes for sale in Scituate, MA.  While both markets continue to show improvement, the market is beginning to see the value in this great seaside town.  In the forth quarter of 2010 we saw six units sell at an average sales price of $452,667 or $245 per square foot.  This is a good comparison to the seven units that sold at an average sales price of $425,243 or $223 per square foot in the same period a year earlier.  Demand remains spotty, but properties that are priced in tune with today's market are finding buyers.  However a trend of firming prices will continue to assist the market.  However significant price improvement will not be achieved until the excess supply is sold out of the market.
