Two Chefs- Spencer Ma

A great place to eat!!!

It gets my 5 star rating!!!

I have had the pleasure on 2 occasions to eat at a newer restaurant in Spencer Called Two Chefs. The restaurant is call Two Chefs because of the fine two chefs that own the place.  Rafael Guzman, a native of Puerto rico, and Cassandra Clough, a talented chef born in our own Central Mass.  Both Rafael and Cassandra graduated from the New England Culinary Institute in Vermont in 2006.  Once Rafael and Cassandra graduated with their AOS in culinary arts and baking and pastry arts, they went on to sharpen their skills in New York, Boston, and throughout Massachusetts.  Rafael even featured his talent at Tom Colicchio's restaurant. Put their talent together and it is an oral masterpiece.

Looks yummy!  It is time for me to eat lunch and I would have a difficult time picking from all of those delicious dishes.  Thx for making us all hungry!

Pam, that looks like a great menu, and the prices sound very reasonable. Now it's lunch time.

OK.  How the heck did you put their menu in the blog?  Kathleen's class should have not been canceled today.  I would have learned that process:)
