Wamington is building new homes at Poinsettia Ridge in the Aviara area of South Carlsbad just off Aviara Parkway near the Park Hyatt Aviara.

Poinsettia Ridge is a small enclave of 16 homes currently under construction. The Poinsettia Ridge homes will range in size from about 2900 SF up to almost 3600 SF with 4 to 6 bedrooms and 4 ½ baths depending on options.
Poinsettia Ridge will offer two 2-story floor plans and a single story model, which is hard to find these days in Carlsbad's new construction.
Pricing has not been established but expected to begin in the $800s.
Some Poinsettia Ridge homes will have distant ocean views from their location on the hills about a mile inland. Homes at the eastern-most side of the community will have easterly views of the mountains and back country, depending on orientation.
Children in the community will attend Carlsbad Schools (Aviara Oaks Elementary and Aviara Oaks Middle School are about a mile away).
No information is available yet on HOA or other fees. Homes are expected to start selling in the near future.
