Home inventories are on the rise as the seasonal decline in home sales gradually comes to a halt. Consumer confidence and job hiring are both on the rise. Interest rates more quickly than they come down. Interest rates have receded slowly over the past two weeks.
Many feel this is advantageous time to buy a home as home affordability is at or near an all time high. Springtime traditionally brings buyers back to the market. These factors make it a wise to be ahead of the curve and find a new home at this time. Delaying will inevitably cost money, and many may not have another opportunity to buy a home.
It makes sense to sell a home today! A better located home that you've been dreaming about will never be more affordable!
A Foreclosure on the permanent record should be avoided. Banks and Lenders are more cooperative in allowing a Short Sale then they have been in the past.
