I remember days ago, well make that years ago, when almost every property you showed had a few thousand dollar realtor bonus. I am pretty sure this was not just Cincinnati! It seems that those days have passed for the most part, although buyers are still considered the name of the game to making money in real estate.
Why do you think this is? Surely an extra few thousand in the pocket would incentive Realtors to show a listing, and help their clients see how it might fit their needs. Isn't this a good thing? In this day and age, you would think this would be a huge plus in the market, still!
