Oh, it is that time again. You can't use the excuse of I'm too busy because of the holiday excuse anymore. It is time to give blood again if you live the Washington County area of Oregon, you know Tigard, Beaverton, Hillsboro?

Donate to the Red Cross

There is no excuse, here are some locations that I'm sure that you can manage to stop off on before or after work. Heck if you ask your boss, I bet they would even let you take a long lunch for such a good cause. You know you deserve to take a long lunch and read a good book while donating right?

Todd - I saw a very interesting article the other day. They claim they have found the reason why women often out live men. It's because women have monthly cycles, which clears their body of blood, and they can create new. They say that giving blood actually provides the same service, helps mankind, and you are healthier because of it. Here's a link to the article:
