The new listings, price reductions, pendings, and solds reflect activity from the weekend. The number of price reductions to sold properties is very large. People are getting their home pricing in line with current market conditions. With 52 homes that expired and 61 off the market people that have been testing the waters may be dropping out until next spring. At least there are some 'sold' homes in the bunch. Nice work. Thanks.

Robert there are still some selling but you need to realise this is from a 6 county area.
