Great news in Salt Lake Real Estate this week. We are feeling really positive about the upcoming year. Our office call volume has been up as well as calls from other agents who wish to show our listings. Typically, January starts out slow with buyer's still thinking about or recovering from the holidays. I have been surprised at the level of activity we are receiving on our homes for sale. The listing on Lares Circle in the Millcreek/ Olympus Cove area of Salt Lake City has been shown to several interested parties. We also had a fantastic turn-out at our Open House last weekend and plan to hold the home Open again this Saturday Jan. 22nd from 1-4. We have also attracted several out of State Buyer's to some of our Luxury Homes in Holladay. Some ask us how we consistenly achieve the volume of sales year after year. Answer is -Internet Marketing. We have found that marketing our listings on the web is critical for our successful growth .
