Will the Fed lower the interest rate today?

THE BIG AND LOOMING QUESTION...will the Fed lower the interest rate today and how will it affect the Real Estate market?  More importantly what will WE do to affect the Real Estate market?!

Even if the Fed does not lower the interest rate today, buyers with decent credit scores should be buying homes.  Interest rates are below 6% with good credit scores.  It's a damn shame that fear over common sense prevails...THANKS National NEWS MEDIA!!! 

We who have our minds wrapped around the concept that "IT'S TIME TO BUY" need to be making every effort to get the word out that IT's THE TIME TO BUY!   It really is the Real Estate professsionals who should be combating the News Media in every way possible...namely blogs,  websites, newsletters, etc.

Think about it... all the Media has to say, once or twice is  "If you are considering buying a home...now is the TIME" and consumers will follow thier lead.   The Media loves negative hype, so don't expect them to come to the Real Estate industries rescue.  WE NEED TO COLLECTIVELY PUT ALL OF OUR EFFORTS INTO HELPING BUYERS UNDERSTAND WHY THIS IS A GOOD TIME TO BUY.   we NEED TO DRIVE THE MARKET PLACE, NOT THE NATIONAL NEWS MEDIA!

                        Let's spread the word in every way possible and take charge of our collective future...NOW!!!
