I am sure you have seen the Increse in home foreclosures in the news or very likely know someone that is in trouble with their own home. You must be leery of so many companies and investors that will help you by paying you up in lieu of your deed to your house. It is usually a scam. That is not what we do. We are their to help you either renegotiate the terms of your loan or help you get out of the house not owing anyone and not having a foreclosure on your credit. You will take twice the hit on your credit and it will be twice as long for you to purchase a new home if you are foreclosed on instead of renegotiating the loan or short selling.
