401K investing in Real Estate

I was just curious as to see how many agents have clients that have used their unlimited IRA to invest into Real Estate.   What are some of the pros and cons of doing so, and who did you go through to set up the IRA?  I am extremely interested in this field what is everyone else's' take on it???

I have heard of investments for real estate like a 401 k. I believe you must leave money in for 5 years or be panelized and put away up to 30K.

Scot, I did look into this at one time for myself and I found out that it can only be done in about nine states. Has to do something with the way the title and deed are prepared in these 9 states.
