Home Sales Report Summery Home Sales report for East King County Cities of Bellevue, Redmond, Kirkland, Issaquah & Sammamish. In December of 2010 sales have been down in King County, Washington down 1.06% from December of 2009(1,776 vs. 1,795). The Eastside fared better in that closed sales were up 3.03%(612 v 694) The good news is that the momentum seems to be building in that pending sales are up 4.36% on the Eastside; however all of King County showed a nominal drop in pendings down 2.72% mostly in part to Seattle and SE King County. Inventories were down 3.90% on the Eastside (versus a increase in King County of 4.11%) from December of 2009. See the raw numbers from the Northwest Multiple Listing Service
