We had a very dynamic speaker at our Nampa Chamber of Commerce meeting today, a good friend of mine, Dale Dixon with the BBB.
Dale is a former Broadcast Anchor for a local news team and is loaded with enthusiasm! He talked about 3 “A’s” that should be working in your business:
Awesome- Are you really good at what you do? If so, tell yourself first & then let others around you know (but don’t be cocky!) Show how awesome you are by means of excellent service, more knowledge and your best follow up! All of this can be done right with the next step…
Attitude- When you wake up in the morning, you have the option to decide what your attitude will be. Will you let your circumstances decide for you or will you overcome circumstances with a projection of winning!? Attitude will determine your altitude.
Authentic- We can have the best of attitudes and be awesome at what we do, but it must be authentic, or others will see right through the façade and call your bluff. Authenticity is mostly recognized through the eyes and body language and can usually be determined with more consistency.
