I can speak first hand about the sales of Snowmass Village, CO real estate picking-up. The next article in this blog was released today in the Snowmass Village Sun and is very accurate. The fall of 2010 was slow (as usual) for Snowmass as the town prepared for the ski season. Since then the visitor activity has been significant, shops are exceeding their projections and some real estate has sold along the way. My most recent 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom, Snowmass Villas became a very sought after property once the price was at the right point and it didn’t last long on the market. The good part in that is that there is no shortage of interested buyers at the right price, the bad part is that a lot of the real estate continues to be overpriced.
