What do you want to read about?

As I begin blogging in the ActiveRain community, I want to be sure I don't spin my wheels putting up content that no one is going to read? So, I am asking you to tell me what you want me to blog about. As a real estate attorney, I can offer a slightly different perspective from the majority of AR members and I am interested in hearing what you all would like to know about. Please leave your suggestions in the comments and I will do my best to address them all. Thanks for reading.

Stacie - Welcome to AR. Great to see a Florida Real Estate Attorney onboard who is asking for topics. I know what you post is not specific legal advice but any articles on how a real estate agent can protect themselves from litigation (risk management may be what I am suggesting) would be appreciated. Thanks for asking.

Personally, I read the blogs that tell stories.  The funny client that did this or that.  The transaction that is going crazy.  Those type things.  Within the stories, the blogger usually gives great insight into what could have changed the situation.  I like those.  I don't like when people post matter of fact info where it's hard to relate to it.  Evevryone can relate to a story.  Being an attorney, I'm sure you have many situations where you can blog about a general thing that happened and give insight into what would have made the situation better.

If its interesting or informative, people will read it.

Welcome to AR Stacie !
I'm looking forward to reading your advice and perhaps some examples of law as it relates to real estate.  Here in Ontario there is a very good real estate attorney by the name of Merv Burgard who writes columns for various newspapers and real estate journals.  He writes about everything under the sun (however it usually has some kind of real estate and the law bent to it).
