I have written about agent safety before but found this video while visiting HAR TV. There are some super tips that are simple and very important for our safety! We all can never take our safety for granted. This particular video focuses on safety during an open house.

This amazes me that safety is even an issue with Open Houses. What kind of world do we live in? Amazing. However, prudence needs to rule and I guess everyone should watch these tips. Good stuff P!

Good video stuff. Cherise and I share signals over the phone if she ever feels uncomfortable. Nonetheless, we rarely do open houses anymore, unless it is for the diamond in the rough circumstance... g
Nice video and post. I rarely do open houses anymore and I've never felt "uncomfortable" at any of them. But any more you just never know what you might expect anywhere and at anytime. It's sad that our world is so depraved anymore. It is wise to be prepared and well informed.
Nice job, Paula, at getting out a good reminder to us all. It's easy to get too complaisant.
