I have expounded on this before but I have found some more bad pictures and even a few video posts on you tube set to music and dedicated to bad pictures!

I will start with the one that my wife and I viewed when looking for a home recently we actually did not know what this was;

Terrible real estate Picture

The sad thing is that I did not change this picture.

Youtube has some great videos of bad real estate pictures.

Why do home sellers allow their home to be listed with terrible pictures. I can not find the worst pictures I have ever viewed I am actually scanning through 1200 listings to find it when I do I will add another blog post.

If the pics aren't clear enough for us, then the buyer surely can't tell what he is looking at.

One can only assume that the sellers do not have access to the internet.

Hi Eric~  Because some sellers trust their agents and don't check behind them, or they just don't use the internet!

Eric

I sit there and scratch my head sometimes wondering how some agents get listing after listing with the pictures that are suppose to be inviting the consumers to view homes.
