Did you know, that as a Realtor®, I have the responsibility to offer equal services to ALL clients and prospects without regard to:
Race; Creed; Color: Religion; Sex; Handicapping Conditions; National Origin or Familial Status
That is straight from the Fair Housing document used by Realtors® in North Carolina. It's something I tell people from the beginning and I never have an issue. Clients know not to ask me to to do anything contrary to Fair Housing Laws. Not that I would even if there weren't a law.

Did you know ANYONE involved in a Real Estate Transaction who discriminates based on a protected category has violated the fair housing laws?
