AUTOMATED RE/MAX Seller Reports - You Should Use These

Since my region did the big switch from eNeighborhoods to Reliance, I've been finding the new system to have more and more resources I am implementing.  Below is a prime example.  The report is clean, impressive, professional, direct, informative and you don't need a degree in IT to send it out.  In fact, it couldn't be easier.  

Once logged in to your regional site (i.e. remax-ohio.com) where you administer your leads and your website click on the "Listings" tab at the top.  Under "Your Listings" there will be a 'view' link next to each one.  Click on that link.  This will take you to more administration options.  From this page, click on "Seller Reports" at the top.  Just under the examples, add your seller(s) to the Contact/Seller field...and that's it.  

Every Monday this report will be automatically emailed to your client in an HTML format.  Not an attachment.  Very cool!!  You can even expand the radius of homes to a distance greater than the default if the property is in a more sparsely populated area.
