During those years, homebuyers turned their attention to our small community because it was the most affordable within commuting distance of the Greater Phoenix area. The old adage "drive till you qualify" rang true!
Currently, there is a little different twist. The majority of buyers are from out of state or local investors. Seasonal residents have decided that, due to pricing and values, they will either move to Arizona ahead of schedule or buy their home and use it seasonally until they are ready to move. Investors, including many residents of Maricopa, are attracted by the fact that they can purchase and use it as a rental to achieve immediate positive cash flow.
Without a doubt, the attention has turned to Maricopa Arizona once again.
