Snow Storm for Darien, Ct. ~ Jan. 21, 2011.

Once again more snow in Darien, Connecticut, our 6^th storm in four weeks. With almost six inches this morning, schools are canceled but the Metro-North trains are running on schedule. The town’s maintenance crews are hard at work plowing the roads; other crews are already clearing off sidewalks and parking lots. 9 am and the sun is just beginning to come out with a wonderful blue sky. David I think I heard on the news last night that we were having some flurries even as I was watching the weatherman talk of it. I was so cuddly and comfy in my bed that I didn't budge. I'm just glad that I didn't wake up and look out my window and find a scene like your photo.

Those are the sort of shots, that romanticize snowfall. Doesnt get much better, than the dog, in the park, with a snow covered ground.
