What is a system?
It's anything that makes it easy for you to be a top notch professional. Checklists, training manuals, checks and balances, communication.
Now before you click away, consider this. You can't be just excellent some of the time. You have to be excellent every time.
What's the point?
If your sellers, borrowers, and buyers are not exposed every time to the same consistent "Raving Fan" process, you are missing opportunities.
We use checklists for every part of the mortgage process. This way nothing gets missed, no accidents, no missed deadlines, no angry clients at closing...How? We have identified every potential "speed bump" a deal could encounter and we assign a team member to handling it, on time, every time.
