I've noticed quite a few condos coming on your market in the $350 - $400k range. How are prices doing in this sector? Are they softening a bit in Maui or holding their own and new inventory is coming on more?

Rhonda, prices are soft, but really nice exceptional properties no matter what the price range are selling. We have gone through our price adjustment, so I think we are looking at the bottom.
