It's Saturday Morning, Time For A ME Real Estate Cartoon.

Saturday mornings used to be a super time as a kid, all those cartoons and the only time you could see them growing up.

Not that way now but since it is Saturday morning, why not a Maine real estate cartoon for old times sake? This one about what it is like being a REALTOR in Maine.

Maine, only one place like it.

This cartoon text to movie, video only took 15 minutes to whip up and you might look in to trying it for your real estate marketing. Silly? I don't think so and you see the same two cartoon characters pushing Geico insurance currently on the tube.

Gary... they are slick. But lots of other beyond real application video approaches out there to use this powerful medium in other creative ways too. Like this. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YOdYKezN2Jg and this quick whip up for cable insertion on local broadcast network and at the movies as a lead in to the real feature film. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TlWXSnZobnY

Those characters are so inoffensive it's hard to not like them. So we listen. Nice quick ad.

Clint... You are right.

Glenn...Warm and fuzzy is well, warm and fuzzy. Any kid loved their stuffed aninmals and adults collect them too in the homes I see and what folks collect. Don't think they are near and dear? Leave one in a hotel with a kid's blanket and be a few hours away when you notice and see what happens to the mood of the car. Thank goodness the hotels gladly for a small fee ship them back after holding them hostage for a small ransom.

I'm the REALTOR on the right wearing the blue diagonal suspender and rubbing my tummy when a Maine black fly bites in the video.
