Wow, Scott… that’s very sad. Fortunately, most of the foreclosures I’ve seen aren’t that bad… though some are. I showed a client one foreclosure where the kitchen was gone. I mean gone! No appliances, no counter tops, no cabinets… not even a kitchen sink… all gone!

I had something similar where they removed the kitchen cabinets, counter and sink and in the bathrooms took the toilets and sinks and pured oil in tubs... the bank wnet after the home owner on that one and filed a claim on their HO insurance.
