Momoirs at Black Rock Library

By
Real Estate Agent with William Raveis Real Estate RES.0772823

Join author and screenwriter Linda Urbach Howard for an evening of readings by members of her MoMoir reading group - Gayle Gleckler, Carol Boas, Lisa Maxwell and Eileen Grace at the Black Rock Library on Thursday, January 27 from 6-8 PM.

Following the readings there will be an introductory workshop on the art of MoMoir writing.

"A MOMoir is worth a thousand pictures," Howard says. "When you look at a photo, you definitely recall what your child looked like at that age, but what the picture doesn't tell you is how that moment felt. MOMoirs capture all of the emotions that are connected to that picture."

Gail, thank you for the introduction to Linda Urbach Howard's MoMoir workshops. Writing comes from experience and using a photograph is surely a path to recall the story. I hope you take the time to explore it.
