5 Comments on Sculpture in Laramie, Wyoming - Can You Find It? (#1)
Brenda - Okay I do see the Wyoming Territorial Prison in the back ground. Could this be the cap stone for a building that did not get built? You got me again. By the way the photo is a nice one.
Brenda, Even with your hint about the Territorial Prison site -- I still don't know what it is. This is an interesting series.
Steve - Well, it wasn't built to be a cap for a building - but I think it would be perfect for one!
Gary - Even though you could find it, without the sign you really wouldn't know what it is - other than a small, metal pyramid. Lucky for you, I do know what it is! It is called Vedauwoo Modernized - so I would guess it to be a futuristic representation of Vedauwoo with the granite rock thrown in, or carefully placed ; ) , for contrast. And that is about all of the deep ART interpretation I am good for for today....
Brenda--Lots of fun for your locals. Love the little hint you threw in this one. Sorry I cannot participate, but love the sculptures---especially Ben.
Pat - Good ol' Ben, think of all the modern technology that rose up from the genius of that man!
