Pearland Art League's Cork & Canvas - February 5, 2011

The "Corks & Canvas" monthly art exhibits will begin with a February 5th reception to launch "Art From The Heart Of Pearland" -  on display until February 27th.

This February event, as well as each month's event, will host an art opening reception on the first Saturday of each month from 5-8 PM on the second floor of the Recreation Center & Natatorium at 4141 Bailey Road. Each month will host a different theme with a different art group being featured.

Various groups such as: Student Art; Water Color Painters; Juried Shows; Realistic works; Theatrical Groups; Seniors Art etc. will be featured for 2011. February's "Art From The Heart Of Pearland" event will feature a group of professional artists who reside within the City of Pearland.

The reception is a free event open to the public, allowing visitors to meet the artists, discuss their work and inquire about art in Pearland.
