Margo Court is located in Airmont, New York, which is part of the Town of Ramapo, in Rockland County, New York. It is a subdivision of a small number of homes on a quiet cul-de-sac off Airmont Rd.
The homes are elegant colonials and were built between 1999 and 2003. The homes have 4 bedrooms and 5 bedrooms, and between 2.5 to 4 bathrooms. Their square footage ranges from 2985 square feet to 4792 square feet. The homes are set on lots that are between 0.72 acres and 1.29 acres. Each home has a 2 or 3 car attached garage and a fireplace.
These colonials have 2 story entry ways, with cathedral ceilings and sky lights through which sunlight pours in, making these homes light and bright. Many of the homes have full, finished basements and some of the basements are walk-out.
The master bedroom suites are spacious and they have walk-in closets and master baths with whirlpool tubs and separate showers.
The kitchens in these high-end colonials are beautiful, and they have granite countertops and elegant wood cabinetry.
Some of the homes have inground pools and they all have either large decks or patios, where entertaining in the fall, spring and summer is delightful.
The homes have wonderful landscaping, with lush green grass, specimen trees, beautiful shrubbery, and flowering perennial and annual plants. They have great curb appeal.
At the time of the writing of this article, there is one home on the market in Margo Court. It is a 5 bedroom, 3.5 bath home being offered at $789,050.
One home sold in this development in 2010. The home was a 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath with a den and it sold on 7/9//2010 for $747,500.
