Hi Elizabeth! It is priced well...and this is the second acceptance...first fell aweek before closing! uugghh So trying it again! We have been hit hard on our average price...It is about 89,900 in my area! Some prices are below what they were when i got in Real Estate in 1994!! Scares me how low they are!!
